Lyme Disease is the most commonly reported tick-borne illness in the US, and it is thought to be under-reported and under-diagnosed.

Best estimates suggest nearly half a million people in the US each year are diagnosed with or treated for Lyme Disease (1). We’re here to help you not only treat but also identify your symptoms effectively.

Lyme Disease Support

Lyme Disease is an infection caused by a bacteria called Borrelia Burgdorferi and is transmitted by infected deer ticks. A tick typically needs to be attached to a patient for at least 36 hours to transmit Lyme, making regular “tick checks” and early detection essential for disease prevention. The peak season for Lyme Disease transmission is from mid-May through August. Notably, the incubation period between the time of tick bite and the onset of Lyme Disease is 2-3 weeks. Lab testing alone is often inadequate to make or exclude a Lyme diagnosis due to outdated testing and a complicated timeline and immune response. At ivee, we take the time to listen to the whole story, get personalized and appropriate testing, and treat the total you.

What to Expect

How We Help Treat Lyme Disease

Evaluate the Total You

We use comprehensive intake forms and discovery discussions to understand your total health picture. Analyzing your medical history, lifestyle, and the nuances of your Lyme symptoms, we then create a personalized Blood Testing panel to dive even deeper into your data.

Discover the Root

After testing for many sources of inflammation and possible infections, we assess your Blood Testing results to identify the root of your issues. From there, your Health Coach and Provider will create a custom immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory plan.

Implement for Change

We will work together to implement evidence-based lifestyle, nutrition, and stress management recommendations that synergize with your current medications, as well as incorporate IV Therapy and proven supplements to optimize your health. Your Care Team is dedicated to helping you override old behaviors and make more mindful habits your default.

You know when you don’t feel like you.

It’s our job to understand all of the ways that you feel off so we can help you reach your full self again. Your Provider and Health Coach are here to help you gain clarity on an overwhelming diagnosis and reduce the burden of Lyme’s impact on your daily life.
