The Opportunity:

We are hiring a brand-obsessed, driven, creative-thinking, and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Social Media Manager. The individual in this role will help manage our social media channels with a core focus on the top of funnel growth, community engagement, and brand awareness through out-of-the-box cross-channel social campaigns. You will be largely responsible for ensuring all social touch-points make our brand pillars tangible to our target personas.

What You'll Do:

  • Spearhead the creation and execution of content strategies across our social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube to increase followers and boost engagement.
  • Launch targeted social campaigns that align with our business goals, brand equity, community growth, and other brand milestones.
  • Analyze key metrics including impressions, page views, engagement, audience growth rate, and conversions; assess qualitative and quantitive data to identify opportunities for optimizing the social ecosystem.
  • Build UGC generation and management funnel; own campaigns from inception to completion in order to continually drive submissions and support content needs throughout the entire growth funnel.
  • Create and execute affiliate and influencing marketing infrastructure and relevant campaigns according to content generation and growth goals.
  • Manage cross-channel contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways; identify meaningful social and brand relationships in order to drive growth and engagement.
  • Remain continually informed on ever-changing social media trends, industry and cultural trends, best practices, emerging tools and technology, and risks.
  • Test creative messaging and out-of-the-box strategy in order to support brand awareness in live geographic regions and well as drive virality for new service launches.
  • Support paid social, SEO, and OOH campaigns when and where necessary.
  • Communicate with customer experience team to help inform social messaging; report key questions, patient education gaps, and other meaningful learnings to customer experience team.
  • Identify social media team needs and hire to support these gaps as efforts expand.
  • Work with our growth, sales, partnership teams to align initiatives.

  • A balance of the right- and left-brain. You are able to assess both quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions and drive out-of-the-box strategy.
  • Experienced in building channels from scratch, cultivating engaged communities, managing affiliate marketing campaigns, and creating sustainable content funnels, including ongoing UGC generation.
  • Able to clearly articulate ideas verbally and visually; this pertains to not only audience-facing messaging but also cross-departmental internal communication.
  • A devoted self-starter who is unafraid to think outside of the box and implement new ideas.
  • Obsessed with social media trends, and eager to adapt strategy when the opportunity for growth presents itself.
  • Experienced and comfortable with working with sales, partnership, and customer experience teams.
  • Excited to work with a team built on idea meritocracy and a culture that encourages creative thinking and honest feedback and recommendations for the evolution of the company.
  • An extremely detail-oriented work style that is able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred, But Not Required:

  • Early-mid stage startup growth experience
  • Nutritional supplement or wellness product/service experience
  • Experience building social channels for “net new” big ideas, ie. companies that are not yet well-adopted but innovative and definitely needed within the relevant industry
  • Experience 5-10x a channel from scratch
  • On-demand service experience
  • Strong passion for transforming the traditional care experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience growing social media management, campaign formulation and execution, and creative testing.
  • Equipped with a deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Experienced in content creation and proficient in standard editing tools
  • Able to see the impact of social media initiatives within the entire marketing mix.
  • Self-motivated and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
